The Stephen F. Austin Royal Sonesta is a historic hotel nestled in downtown Austin. The nearly 100-year-old building is one we have been associated with for some time. Offering ongoing maintenance and retrofit work, our technicians regularly maintain the building’s HVAC chillers and cooling tower, and expertly retrofit mechanical and plumbing equipment as needed.
The property also featured legacy HVAC equipment that was installed around 2000 and were trapped in hard-lid ceilings.
